A fresh auction opportunity is hitting the Egyptian auto market. Wadi El Molouk for Milling and Accessory Industries has announced the sale of multiple vehicles through a sealed-bid system without bidders present, covering used passenger cars and mini buses from model years 2007 through 2016.
What's Up for Grabs
The list is varied and features some of the most recognizable names on Egyptian roads. Mercedes vehicles lead the premium lineup, followed by Chevrolet models known for their widespread availability in the local market. Mitsubishi units that have earned a reputation for reliability. The auction spans multiple configurations, giving buyers a decent range of options depending on their budget and needs.
Bid Deadline and Payment Details
Timing is everything here. The organizing company has set the final deadline for submitting bids and paying the insurance deposit on Sunday, August 16, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Submissions must be delivered to the office of the certified auction appraiser, Al Ezat for Appraisal and Valuation, located at 5 Qasr El Nil Street in Cairo.
Cairo has been seeing a steady stream of vehicle auctions lately, and the sealed-bid format allows buyers to submit their offers without facing aggressive counterbids. It's a system that suits those who prefer a more calculated approach to purchasing used vehicles.
Potential buyers should carefully inspect each vehicle before bidding, as auctions typically sell units in "as-is" condition without additional warranties. Meeting the deadline is also critical—late submissions are generally rejected outright, so it's wise to prepare all paperwork well in advance and deliver everything personally to avoid any last-minute complications.
