Instadriv Platform Terms of Use

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

The Platform is operated and owned by Instadriv Egypt ("Instadriv", "we", "our", "us"), with its office in Cairo, Egypt.

2. Description of Service and Content Policy

2.1 Instadriv is a Platform that offers its users, who comply with these Terms:

• Sellers with a professional evaluation for their vehicles whether new or used and provide them with an estimate price and the market value based on that professional evaluation, advertisements and listing opportunities whether they desire to sell their vehicles to individuals and professional dealers; and
• Purchasers with a professional evaluation for any vehicle whether new or used they desire to purchase and further provide them with an estimated price and the market value for the selected vehicle. We provide services such as vehicle listings, browsing tools, price evaluation tools, advertising opportunities, and resources for automotive news and trends.

2.2 Some of the services and content provided on the Platform may be served by Google in Egypt and other locations (“Google AdSense”).

2.3 You understand that Instadriv does not control, and is not responsible for ads, provided evaluation for cars prices, directory information, content or any other material made published on, or available through the platform and the service ("Content"). You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for and must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, namely the proposed market value of any car, and that under no circumstances will Instadriv be liable in any way for the Content.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and acknowledge and agree that they govern your access to and use of the Platform.

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Instadriv.

If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, you may not access or use the Platform and should cease to do so immediately.

4. Changes and Suspension

We may change the way the Platform operates and/or change any Content from time to time without notice to you. We do not guarantee that the Platform will always be available free of charge. We may suspend or withdraw all or any part of the Platform for business and/or operational reasons.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, process and share your personal data.

Instadriv complies with the applicable data protection laws.

6. Your Right to Use the Platform

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Instadriv grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Platform.

Instadriv is the owner or the licensee of all rights (including intellectual property rights) in the Platform and any Content. All rights reserved.

7. Restrictions

You must not use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, for any illegal purpose, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform. Scraping or using automated means to extract data is strictly prohibited.

8. Your Account

If you create an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities that occur under your account.

9. Listings and Ads

Sellers must accurately describe vehicles and have the legal right to sell them. Buyers must be legally allowed to purchase. Instadriv is not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated listings but reserves the right to remove non-compliant content.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". Instadriv shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
