Chery Egypt Price Cuts 2026: Arrizo 6 GT Leads Drop by EGP 96K

GB Auto, the local distributor for Chery in Egypt, has announced price reductions across its entire lineup. The Arrizo 6 GT saw the steepest decline, dropping by as much as EGP 96,000. Fresh pricing now starts from EGP 670,000 for the Arrizo 5.

Chery Price Cuts: Breaking Down the Numbers

The latest adjustments affect every Chery model available locally. The Arrizo 5 sedan saw a reduction of up to EGP 50,000, while the Tiggo 4 Pro dropped by around EGP 65,000. These moves are reshaping the competitive landscape in Egypt's budget-friendly sedan and SUV segments.

Real numbers, real impact. The Chery Arrizo 5 now starts at EGP 670,000 for the base trim with a manual gearbox. The second tier, equipped with a CVT, is priced at EGP 715,000, while the top Comfort trim is set at EGP 755,000.

Arrizo 6 GT and Tiggo 4 Pro: Post-Cut Prices

The gap is significant. The Chery Arrizo 6 GT leads the reductions, now priced at EGP 893,000 for the Comfort trim after its EGP 96,000 cut. The range-topping Luxury version is available for EGP 988,000.

What about the SUV side? The Chery Tiggo 4 Pro comes in three trims, starting at EGP 889,000 for the Comfort. The Luxury trim is priced at EGP 929,000, and the top-tier Luxury Turbo reaches EGP 989,000. That's a EGP 65,000 reduction on the range.

Rest of the Lineup: Tiggo 7, Tiggo 8 Pro Max

The momentum carries through. The Chery Tiggo 7 is offered at EGP 1,000,000 for the Comfort trim, with the Luxury version at EGP 1,070,000. The locally-assembled Tiggo 7 Pro Max starts from EGP 1,300,000.

At the top of the range, the Chery Tiggo 8 2026 model is available in three versions, starting from EGP 1,155,000 for the 7-seat Comfort trim. The 5-seat Luxury is priced at EGP 1,215,000, while the 7-seat Luxury tops out at EGP 1,255,000.
