Your privacy is very important to Instadriv. We are committed to protecting your personal data (as defined below). We want to be transparent with you about how we collect and use your personal data when making our website and mobile applications (the "Platform") available to you, and to tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Instadriv collects and processes your personal data through your use of this Platform. We will ensure that all processing of your personal data is done in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Instadriv Egypt LLC operates the Platform, and is therefore the controller of your personal data (referred to as "Instadriv", "we", "us" or "our" in this Privacy Policy).

Personal data we collect from you
The personal data we collect directly from you is set out in the table below.
"Personal Data" is information about an individual from which that person can be identified directly or indirectly. It does not include 'anonymous data' (which is information where the identity has been permanently removed). However, it does include 'pseudonymous data' (which is information that does not identify an individual on its own, but when combined with additional information, can be used to identify an individual).

Aggregated Data
We also collect, use, and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Behavioral Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific Platform feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Special Categories of Personal Data
We do not intentionally collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data, or information about criminal convictions and offenses).
We advise you not to share any such data with us (e.g., via the support chat function) or with other users of the Platform (e.g., via the user-to-user chat function). However, if you choose to share such data with us or other users of the Platform, you consent to our processing of this data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
What happens if you refuse to provide necessary Personal Data?
You do not have to provide any personal data to us. However, if we need to process your personal data either to give you access to the Platform or to comply with applicable law, and you fail to provide that personal data when requested, we may not be able to give you access to the Platform. For example, we need your email address to register your account on the Platform.

How we use your personal data and why

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month of receipt. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
Although we do not generally charge any fee for exercising the rights mentioned above, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee in some cases, such as if your request is clearly unfounded or if you submit an excessive number of requests.
Complaints
If you wish to make a complaint about this Privacy Policy or our practices in relation to your personal data, please contact us. We will reply to your complaint as soon as possible.

Our policy regarding minors
This Platform is not intended for use by minors, and we do not actively monitor the age of our users.

We do not control these third-party websites and applications and are not responsible for their privacy practices. When you leave our Platform, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website and application you visit.
Advertisements
Ads appearing on our Platform may be delivered to users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non-personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. Please note that this Privacy Policy does not cover the use of cookies by any advertisers and you have the right to refuse cookies according to applicable laws.
Google AdSense
Some of the ads may be served by Google. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to users based on their visit to our Platform and other sites on the Internet. DART uses "non-personally identifiable information" and does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy. You should review your rights under applicable data protection laws regarding cookies and online tracking.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time, with or without notice to you.
If this happens, we will update this page to display the revised version of the Privacy Policy, and we may also notify you in some cases (e.g., via email).
