Soueast S07 2027 Mechanical Specifications
The Soueast S07 comes with two powertrain options. The first is a 1.5-liter turbo engine producing 156 hp and 230 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed dual-clutch DCT and front-wheel drive. The second option uses a 1.6-liter turbo engine good for 197 hp and 290 Nm, mated to a 7-speed DCT. Both engines return around 8 liters per 100 km.
A 57-liter fuel tank is standard across the range. Suspension is MacPherson strut up front and multi-link at the rear, with three driving modes: Normal, Sport, and Eco. Exterior dimensions measure 4724 mm long, 1900 mm wide. 1720 mm tall, with a 2720 mm wheelbase and 190 mm ground clearance. Those numbers give the S07 a planted stance and a roomy cabin.
Soueast S07 Competition in the Crossover Segment
The Soueast faces tough rivals in the compact crossover space. Established players like the Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson command strong brand loyalty, but the S07 price point now sits closer to a sensitive zone. The latest hike may push some buyers to reconsider. The market always decides.
Maan East announced no changes to equipment or engines, meaning the increase is tied to cost pressures and currency movement. Anyone wanting a 2027 Soueast will pay the full difference at purchase. No incentives have been announced so far.
