A bizarre incident in Seattle, Washington, nearly turned into a disaster after a female driver followed her GPS navigation system directly onto light rail tracks inside a station.

The incident occurred Friday afternoon when the driver fully relied on her phone's navigation app to reach her destination. A technical glitch or outdated map data allegedly directed her onto a path never intended for vehicles.
