Entry Requirements and Auction Booklet

Buying the conditions booklet is mandatory for auction entry. It costs 400 Egyptian pounds and is sold at the authority's headquarters in the Ministry of Finance towers on Ramses Street extension, Tower 2. The fee is non-refundable.

A security deposit of 50,000 pounds is required. Winners must pay 30% of the lot value immediately upon auction close, with the remainder due within 15 days maximum from the contract date. Individuals and companies can both participate.

Companies and entities must submit a tax card or commercial registration. Individuals need only a valid national ID card. Some vehicles come with license plates while others don't, as detailed per lot in the conditions booklet.
