Owners of affected vehicles may need to visit service centers twice. An internal parts-supply memo indicated that the correct bolt required for the fix may not be available in sufficient quantities when the recall campaign begins. The temporary solution? Using an alternative bolt. But this interim fix doesn't end the recall — owners will have to return once the correct bolt becomes available. These measures allow service centers to repair affected cars and release them to owners even without the original part in stock.
