ROX Egypt Launches New Initiative for Personally Imported Car Owners
Nour El Din El Sherif, the official distributor of ROX in the Egyptian automotive market, has announced a new exceptional initiative with a limited duration. The program aims to support all ROX owners in Egypt, reinforcing the company's commitment to delivering a distinctive ownership experience and strengthening customer relations amid rising trends of personal vehicle imports.
Targeting Owners of Vehicles Imported Outside Official Channels
The company clarified that the new initiative specifically targets owners of ROX vehicles that were personally imported from outside the official distributor network. This move comes in response to the growing number of personal import initiatives, which have created challenges related to warranty coverage and after-sales services for vehicles entering the market through non-traditional distribution channels. The initiative seeks to bridge the service gap for these owners.
Warranty and After-Sales Services for Imported ROX Cars
The new initiative includes providing warranty programs and after-sales service packages for ROX vehicles imported outside the official distributor, in accordance with approved terms and conditions. The company confirmed that these services will allow owners to easily access technical support and necessary services, with customers only bearing the actual cost of providing warranty and service—without any additional profit margin on the initiative.
Limited-Time Initiative in Compliance with Egyptian Law
Nour El Din El Sherif stated that the initiative is limited in duration and aims to serve all ROX owners in Egypt. The services will be provided in full compliance with Egyptian laws, including the Consumer Protection Law and the Competition Protection and Monopoly Prevention Law, ensuring the rights of all parties are preserved. This step is part of the distributor's strategy to enhance trust and deliver a comprehensive ownership experience for customers.
