Traffic operations room reports slow movement at the entrance of El-Fangary Bridge due to emergency pothole repairs, with high traffic volumes on October Bridge in both directions. Drivers are facing noticeable delays. Authorities recommend using the ground-level roads to avoid congestion. Movement has also slowed on the Ring Road from Maadi to El-Munib, on the Autostrad from El-Munib to El-Basatin, and on the Nile Corniche in Maadi up to the Ring Road.

Scattered Congestion in Nasr City, Heliopolis, and Ramsis

High traffic density appeared on Salah Salem from Al-Rahman Al-Rahim Mosque towards the Military College. In Nasr City, Heliopolis, Ain Shams, and Ghamra up to Ramsis and its intersection with El-Galaa, and from the Citadel to El-Fustat. Movement slowed on Qasr El-Aini Street, while the Ring Road towards Katameya to the Middle Plateau witnessed traffic congestion. Scattered congestion appeared on El-Bahr El-Azam and Nile Tourist axes, the Ring Road slope towards Upper Egypt, Warraq, and Mariouteya, on Faisal Street in El-Tawabeq area, and on Sudan Street up to Cairo University reaching Bulaq and Imbaba, with high density on the 26th of July Axis.
