Volvo EX30 gets a zero-interest financing deal from El Araby in Egypt
A new deal breaks cover. Volvo's official distributor in Egypt, El Araby Group, has announced an aggressive financing package for the all-electric Volvo EX30. The plan is straightforward: zero percent interest with monthly installments starting from just 23,789 Egyptian pounds, though only for a limited period. The move aims to speed up EV adoption locally and offer flexible ownership terms for a broader customer base eager to get behind the wheel of this Swedish crossover.
Service and warranty package
Three years of free maintenance. The offer includes complimentary servicing for up to 100,000 kilometers, plus a comprehensive three-year warranty with no kilometer cap. The battery gets its own dedicated coverage — eight years or 160,000 kilometers, whichever comes first. That is a significant peace-of-mind factor given how costly battery replacements can be on the global market. For Egyptian buyers, this extended warranty is a strong selling point.
Pricing and trim levels
Three trims, one clear choice. The Volvo EX30 2026 model is available in Egypt across three distinct variants. The Plus grade starts at 1,790,000 Egyptian pounds, the Ultra trim comes in at 1,890,000 pounds. The range-topping Ultra Twin Motor is priced at 1,990,000 pounds. The price gap between each step is around 100,000 pounds, reflecting real hardware and performance differences under the skin. That is a tight ladder, but one that makes sense spec-wise.
Powertrain options and performance
Two completely different characters. The EX30 offers either a single electric motor producing 268 horsepower with rear-wheel drive, or a dual-motor setup delivering a combined 428 horsepower with all-wheel drive. The battery pack is a 64-kWh lithium-ion unit, good for a driving range of up to 442 kilometers on the RWD version and 426 kilometers on the AWD version. Numbers that speak for themselves. The dual-motor variant rockets from zero to 96 km/h in just 3.4 seconds, while the single-motor car does the same sprint in 5.1 seconds. That is genuine hot-hatch territory from a compact crossover.
Digital cabin and smart features
Minimalist inside, fully connected. The cabin revolves around a 12-inch central touchscreen that controls almost every vehicle function including driving data, navigation, and weather. NFC technology allows the smartphone to act as a digital key, even when the phone is off. Owners can share that key with family or friends effortlessly. Google Built-in is integrated deep into the system, offering familiar navigation and voice assistance straight out of the Android ecosystem.
