Nissan Egypt has raised prices of the locally assembled 2027 Magnite by EGP 12,000 to EGP 32,000 depending on the trim. The new starting price is EGP 820,000 for the base Visia, climbing to EGP 900,000 for the top Tekna+. The move follows the end of launch pricing offers and the activation of a revised price list.
Full Breakdown of Nissan Magnite 2027 Price Increase
The Visia trim absorbed the largest jump — EGP 32,000 — rising from EGP 788,000 to EGP 820,000. Acenta went up by EGP 12,000, from 848,000 to 860,000. Tekna rose by the same amount, from 868,000 to 880,000. Tekna+ climbed EGP 12,000, from 888,000 to 900,000. The price gap between Visia and Acenta shrank to EGP 40,000 from EGP 60,000 previously, while each of the three upper trims is now spaced EGP 20,000 apart.
Engine, Safety, and Market Performance
The Magnite runs a 1,000cc three-cylinder turbo petrol engine producing 100 hp and 152 Nm of torque, paired with an X-TRONIC CVT automatic. Claimed fuel consumption stands at 17.3 km/l, with a 36-litre tank. Six airbags come standard across all trims, while comfort and tech features vary by grade.
On the sales front, Nissan Egypt reported 754 Magnite units registered in September 2026. The car is built at the company's Sixth of October plant with over 55% local content. Those numbers keep it firmly in the conversation among budget sedans. Local assembly continues to support competitive positioning.
The revised pricing puts the Magnite directly against rivals from Hyundai and Kia in the compact sedan segment. The EGP 20,000 step between upper trims gives buyers a tighter ladder of choices. Yet the base Visia took the hardest hit. Shoppers hunting for better value may turn to Nissan prices in the used market instead. That is where the real battle for this segment is being fought right now.
Does the Magnite 2027 justify its new sticker? A 100 hp engine and 17.3 km/l economy strike a reasonable balance. Competition in this bracket is brutal though. Standard six-airbag safety gives it an edge. And with local content above 55%, the pricing story still has room to evolve.
