MG slashes prices by up to EGP 100,000 in Egypt
MG's official distributor in Egypt, Al Mansour Automotive, has released a revised price list for June, introducing discounts ranging from EGP 50,000 to EGP 100,000 across its model lineup. The limited-time offers take effect from June 29, 2026, and cover all available trims of the brand's popular models.
Price cuts on MG ZS, MG 5, and MG GT
The MG ZS Plus trim saw a EGP 50,000 reduction, now priced at EGP 1,150,000 instead of EGP 1,200,000, while the Comfort trim remains unchanged at EGP 1,075,000. The MG 5 Standard dropped from EGP 924,990 to EGP 874,990, and the Luxury trim decreased from EGP 1,025,990 to EGP 974,990 — both saving EGP 50,000. Similarly, the MG GT Comfort now costs EGP 1,110,000 (down from EGP 1,160,000), and the Luxury trim is priced at EGP 1,160,000, down from EGP 1,210,000.
On the MG HS, the Luxury trim fell from EGP 1,575,000 to EGP 1,525,000 (EGP 50,000 off), while the HEV hybrid variant dropped from EGP 1,700,000 to EGP 1,625,000 — a EGP 75,000 saving. The MG RX5 plus also received a EGP 75,000 discount, now retailing at EGP 1,450,000 instead of EGP 1,525,000.
MG One, G50, MG 7, and Cyberster also cheaper
Further reductions include the MG One, which dropped from EGP 1,450,000 to EGP 1,400,000 (EGP 50,000 off), and the MG G50 plus, now at EGP 1,300,000 instead of EGP 1,350,000. The MG 7 saw its LUX trim fall by EGP 75,000 to EGP 1,625,000, and the Trophy trim by the same amount to EGP 1,725,000. The flagship MG Cyberster sports car received the largest cut of EGP 100,000, now priced at EGP 2,850,000 instead of EGP 2,950,000.
