MG ONE 2026 Gets a Major Price Cut of Up to EGP 50,000 in Egypt
The Mansour MG Automotive, the official distributor of MG in Egypt, has announced significant price reductions on the 2026 MG ONE, slashing EGP 50,000 off the previous list price. This move is part of the company's strategy to boost demand for this compact SUV in the local market.
New Pricing for the MG ONE 2026
Following the latest cuts, the MG ONE is now available in a single trim at EGP 1,400,000, making it a compelling option in the compact SUV segment. The new price positions the vehicle more competitively against rivals, offering a blend of strong performance and advanced features at a more accessible price point.
Performance and Technical Specifications
The MG ONE is a sport utility vehicle powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine, delivering 181 horsepower and a peak torque of 285 Nm. The engine is mated to a CVT gearbox, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.8 seconds and a top speed of 195 km/h. Safety is a key focus, with the MG ONE equipped with six airbags, cruise control, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Hill Hold Control (HHC), front and rear collision warnings, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), Blind Spot Detection (BSD), Lane Departure Warning System (LDWS), and an electronic parking brake (EPB).
Interior Features and Technology
Inside, the MG ONE offers a tech-rich cabin featuring a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 12.3-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Additional amenities include a touch-sensitive control unit for side mirrors, a 6-way power-adjustable driver's seat, ambient lighting, a wireless charging pad, and a 360-degree surround-view camera system. The exterior design combines dynamic lines with a bold front grille, enhancing road presence and aerodynamic efficiency.
