Al-Qasrawy Group, the local distributor of JAC vehicles in Egypt, has announced a new price increase for the JAC JS2 in the Egyptian automotive market. The compact crossover continues to be offered locally in a single trim level.

The sole available trim of the JAC JS2 now carries a price tag of EGP 800,000, up from EGP 760,000, reflecting an increase of EGP 40,000.

Dimensions

The JAC JS2 features compact proportions with an overall length of 4,135 mm, a width of 1,750 mm, and a height of 1,568 mm. The wheelbase measures 2,490 mm, while luggage capacity stands at 450 liters. The fuel tank offers a capacity of 42 liters.

Powertrain and Technical Specifications

Power comes from a 1.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 111 horsepower and 146 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a CVT automatic transmission. The crossover is equipped with an independent MacPherson front suspension, a semi-independent torsion beam rear suspension, electric power steering, and 16-inch wheels.
