New Price Cuts on Forthing Models in Egypt Reach Up to EGP 100,000
Al Amal for Vehicle Manufacturing and Assembly, the local distributor of the Chinese brand Forthing in Egypt, has announced new price reductions on several models in the local market, with cuts ranging between EGP 45,000 and EGP 100,000, effective today. These reductions come as part of broader moves by several car distributors in the Egyptian market to offer more competitive pricing amid intensifying competition among Chinese brands, as companies seek to boost sales and attract new customer segments.
Price Reductions Across Forthing Lineup
The discounts include the Forthing T5 EVO, whose price dropped from EGP 1,250,000 to EGP 1,190,000, a reduction of EGP 60,000. The Forthing T5 EV saw its price fall from EGP 1,430,000 to EGP 1,380,000, a cut of EGP 50,000, while the Forthing T5 REEV decreased from EGP 1,450,000 to EGP 1,390,000, also down by EGP 60,000. The list also includes the Forthing S7 EV, now priced at EGP 1,290,000 instead of EGP 1,335,000, a reduction of EGP 45,000, and the Forthing S7 REEV dropped from EGP 1,420,000 to EGP 1,370,000, a decrease of EGP 50,000.
Biggest Cuts for MPV and Flagship Models
The Forthing U-Tour recorded a EGP 100,000 reduction, bringing its price to EGP 1,590,000 from EGP 1,690,000. Similarly, the Forthing V9 saw a EGP 100,000 cut, now priced at EGP 2,600,000 instead of EGP 2,700,000. These mark the second round of discounts by Al Amal on Forthing models during the current month of June, reflecting the company's strategy to enhance the brand's competitiveness within the Egyptian market.
