The El Amal Automotive Group, the exclusive local distributor of the Forthing brand in Egypt, has announced a new price list featuring discounts ranging from EGP 45,000 to EGP 100,000 on all locally available models. This move is part of the company's strategy to enhance the competitiveness of its products in the Egyptian market amid fierce competition with other Chinese brands.
Price Reductions Across Forthing Lineup
The Forthing T5 EVO saw a price drop of EGP 60,000, now retailing at EGP 1,190,000 instead of EGP 1,250,000. The Forthing T5 EV decreased by EGP 50,000 to EGP 1,380,000, down from EGP 1,430,000. Meanwhile, the Forthing T5 REEV recorded a EGP 60,000 reduction, bringing its price to EGP 1,390,000 compared to the previous EGP 1,450,000.
Electric and Hybrid Models Also Benefit
Discounts extended to the brand's electrified lineup as well. The Forthing S7 EV dropped by EGP 45,000 to EGP 1,290,000, while the Forthing S7 REEV saw a EGP 50,000 cut, now priced at EGP 1,370,000. These adjustments come at a time when Egyptian consumers are showing growing interest in electric and hybrid vehicles, making these models more accessible.
Biggest Savings on Family Vehicles
The largest discounts were applied to the family-oriented models. The Forthing U-TOUR received a substantial EGP 100,000 reduction, now selling for EGP 1,590,000 instead of EGP 1,690,000. Similarly, the Forthing V9 also dropped by EGP 100,000, now priced at EGP 2,600,000 compared to the previous EGP 2,700,000. These offers present an excellent opportunity for families seeking spacious vehicles at lower budgets.
