Cupra Formentor Prices Rise by EGP 20,000 in Egypt

Kian Egypt, the official distributor of Cupra vehicles in Egypt, has announced a price update for the Spanish brand's lineup in the local market. The update includes a price increase for the new Cupra Formentor, while the Cupra Leon and Cupra Terramar remain unchanged. Notably, the company did not introduce 2027 model-year versions for Cupra models, unlike what was offered for Seat models.

Cupra Formentor Price Hike in Egypt

The sole available trim of the Cupra Formentor now costs EGP 2,099,000, up from EGP 2,079,000, reflecting an increase of EGP 20,000.

Powertrain Specifications of the Cupra Formentor Facelift

The new Cupra Formentor is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine producing 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque. Power is sent to the front wheels via a 7-speed DSG automatic transmission.

Exterior Updates on the Cupra Formentor Facelift

The updates are not limited to the powertrain, as the car receives a refreshed exterior design. This includes redesigned LED headlights with a triangular pattern, updated 3D LED taillights, a full-width LED light bar at the rear, and an illuminated Cupra logo. The vehicle also features new sports alloy wheels and revised front and rear bumpers.

Cupra Terramar Prices Unchanged

The Cupra Terramar sees no price adjustments, with the first trim remaining at EGP 2,349,000 and the second trim at EGP 2,449,000, both at their previous prices.

Cupra Leon Price Unchanged in Egypt

The sole trim of the Cupra Leon is priced at EGP 1,949,000, with no change from its earlier price.
