Cupra Egypt Cuts Prices for Formentor, Terramar, and Leon 2026

Kian Egypt, the local distributor for Spanish performance brand Cupra, has announced price reductions across three of its models in the Egyptian market. The cuts apply to the Formentor, Terramar, and Leon 2026, with discounts varying by trim level. The newly introduced Formentor VZ trim keeps its previous price untouched.

Updated Cupra Formentor Prices in Egypt

The revised price list for the Cupra Formentor shows a EGP 50,000 discount on the base V1 trim. The VZ variant, which recently entered the local market, remains at its original launch price with no reduction applied.

Customers can now get the V1 trim for EGP 2,049,000 instead of EGP 2,099,000. The high-performance VZ trim stays at EGP 2,589,000, giving buyers a new top-end option that was not previously available in Egypt.

Cupra Terramar Discounts This August

The Cupra Terramar, launched locally in August, also received a EGP 50,000 price cut on both of its trims. The entry-level Impulse version now costs EGP 2,299,000, down from EGP 2,349,000. The higher-spec Control trim is available for EGP 2,399,000, reduced from EGP 2,449,000.

Cupra Leon 2026 Gets the Biggest Reduction

The largest discount applies to the Cupra Leon 2026, which is sold in Egypt in a single trim configuration. Its price dropped by EGP 100,000, bringing it down to EGP 1,849,000 from the previous EGP 1,949,000.

These price adjustments arrive amid intensifying competition in the performance car segment locally. Strong sales momentum for Cupra models appears to have encouraged the distributor to sharpen its pricing strategy, particularly as the Leon continues to be offered as a 2026 model with no 2027 version in sight yet.
