BYD Egypt Prices Updated After Launch of New Sealion 5 DM-i Ultra

Dream Co., the exclusive distributor of BYD in Egypt, has announced its latest car price list for July 2026. This update follows the introduction of the new BYD Sealion 5 DM-i Ultra, which has become the most affordable plug-in hybrid (PHEV) model from the brand in the local market.

Leading the BYD lineup in Egypt is the fully electric Dolphin Surf EV, priced at EGP 949,900, making it the brand's most accessible model. Next is the Sealion 5 DM-i, available in two trims: the new Ultra variant at EGP 1,399,900 and the Luxury variant at EGP 1,649,900. The fully electric Sealion 6 EV offers two trims: Ultra at EGP 1,749,900 and Luxury at EGP 1,799,000.

Hybrid and Premium Variants

The plug-in hybrid Sealion 6 DM-i starts at EGP 1,949,900 for the Ultra trim, while the Luxury trim reaches EGP 2,149,900. BYD also offers the Ti 7 DM-i in two trims: Ultra FWD at EGP 2,349,000 and Luxury AWD at EGP 2,799,000. The Atto 8 DM-i Ultra is priced at EGP 2,849,900 in the Egyptian market.

In the MPV segment, BYD presents the M9 DM-i, starting at EGP 3,299,900 for the Ultra trim and reaching EGP 3,849,900 for the Luxury trim. The lineup also includes the Shark 6 DMO Luxury pickup truck, officially priced at EGP 3,359,900. BYD continues to expand its presence in Egypt with a diverse range of electric and hybrid vehicles, offering more options for local consumers.
