Venucia Star Officially Launched in Egypt at EGP 1.599 Million
The Nour El-Din El-Sherif Automotive Group, the official distributor of Venucia in Egypt, in collaboration with Nissan Egypt, has officially launched the all-new Venucia Star in the Egyptian market. This move expands the Chinese brand's presence in the local SUV segment, offering a vehicle that blends modern design with advanced hybrid technology.
Powertrain and Performance
The Venucia Star is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine paired with a hybrid system, delivering a combined output of 190 horsepower. The engine is mated to an automatic transmission, striking a balance between spirited performance and fuel efficiency—a key consideration for buyers seeking eco-friendly and economical vehicles in Egypt's competitive automotive landscape.
Dimensions and Exterior Design
Measuring 4,600 mm in length, 1,917 mm in width, and 1,624 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,700 mm, the Venucia Star offers generous interior space for passengers and cargo. The exterior design features a large front grille, sleek LED headlights, flowing side lines, and sporty alloy wheels, giving the SUV a commanding road presence.
Cabin and Technology Features
The cabin adopts a modern digital layout with a large infotainment screen and a fully digital instrument cluster, supporting smart connectivity features. Higher trims include a panoramic sunroof, power-adjustable seats, a wireless phone charger, push-button start, keyless entry, and dual-zone automatic climate control, enhancing overall comfort and convenience for occupants.
Safety and Driver Assistance Systems
The Venucia Star comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety systems, including Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), and Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD). It also features a 360-degree surround-view camera, adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-keeping assist, blind-spot monitoring, and traffic sign recognition on higher trims, positioning it as one of the most safety-focused offerings in its class.
