Man East, the official local distributor of the Chinese brand Soueast in Egypt, has officially unveiled the all-new Soueast S08 DM. This family-oriented SUV marks the first time a seven-seater model from the brand enters the Egyptian market, positioning itself as a compelling option for larger families seeking modern features and hybrid efficiency.

The Soueast S08 DM is offered in Egypt with a single trim level, priced at EGP 1,800,000. Despite being a single variant, the vehicle comes generously equipped with advanced safety systems, modern comfort features, and a spacious interior, making it a strong contender in the mid-size family SUV segment.

Plug-in Hybrid Powertrain Delivers 340 HP

Under the hood, the Soueast S08 DM features a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) powertrain that combines a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor. The total system output reaches approximately 255 kW, equivalent to around 340 horsepower, with a peak torque of 525 Nm, according to the manufacturer's specifications.
