Soueast Enters Egyptian Market with Two Plug-in Hybrid Models Offering 355 HP and Over 1,000 km Range

Man East, a company owned by the Mansour family and the exclusive distributor of Soueast in Egypt, has announced the launch of two new models: the S06 DM and S08 DM, both equipped with Plug-in Hybrid technology. This move reflects the company's commitment to providing advanced and sustainable mobility solutions. The two models feature modern Plug-in Hybrid technology that combines strong performance, high efficiency, and contemporary design, while offering a comprehensive and comfortable driving experience.

Launch Event and Market Presence

The two new models were unveiled during a launch event attended by media representatives, brand partners, current Soueast owners (SOUEASERS), and a large number of potential customers, underscoring the growing interest in the brand in the Egyptian market. Mahmoud Gamal, CEO of the company, emphasized that this launch supports Soueast's strategy of delivering vehicles that combine advanced technology and high efficiency. He noted that the brand has successfully sold over 10,000 cars in less than a year, reaching seventh place in the Egyptian market, supported by a network of 23 sales points and 8 service centers across the country.

Competitive Pricing and Technical Specifications

The Soueast S06 DM is available in the Egyptian market at a price of EGP 1,649,000, while the Soueast S08 DM is priced at EGP 1,799,000. Both models offer a balanced mix of advanced technology, high efficiency, and premium comfort and safety features, catering to diverse customer segments seeking modern mobility solutions based on the latest new energy technologies. The Soueast S06 DM is powered by a 1.5TD engine with the advanced Hybrid Specialized Efficient Engine system, delivering a combined maximum power of 355 hp and torque of 530 Nm. It offers a driving range of over 1,000 km depending on usage conditions, with fuel consumption starting from 4.9 liters per 100 km.

The vehicle is equipped with a 19.43 kWh battery, supporting DC fast charging from 20% to 80% in just 0.4 hours. The interior of the Soueast S06 DM includes L2 Level Intelligent Assisted Driving systems, a 540° panoramic camera, and electrically adjustable front seats with heating, ventilation, and memory functions, along with comprehensive electric support.
