Qasrawy Group Officially Launches AVATR 07 REEV in Egypt Starting at EGP 2.29 Million

Qasrawy Group, the exclusive distributor of the AVATR brand in Egypt, has officially introduced the all-new AVATR 07 REEV to the local market. This marks the first model from the Chinese brand to feature Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) technology in Egypt, as part of the company's strategy to expand its lineup of luxury electrified vehicles.

Expanding the Luxury Electric Portfolio

The launch of the AVATR 07 REEV follows the introduction of the AVATR 11 and AVATR 12, bringing the total number of officially available models in Egypt to three. With this addition, the brand now offers a diverse range of options that include fully electric vehicles and REEV technology, providing customers with greater flexibility in choosing between pure electric driving and extended-range capability within the luxury segment.

Powertrain and Performance

The AVATR 07 REEV is powered by a sophisticated hybrid system that combines an electric motor with a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine, which functions solely as a generator and does not directly drive the wheels. The lineup includes three trims: The Luxury RWD features a rear-mounted electric motor producing 310 hp and 333 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds. The Premium AWD and Premium Vision AWD trims are equipped with dual electric motors delivering a combined 495 hp and 595 Nm of torque, with an acceleration time of 5.5 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h.

Battery and Range

All trims of the AVATR 07 REEV come with an LFP battery pack with a capacity of 39.05 kWh, supporting fast charging at up to 120 kW, which allows the battery to be charged from 30% to 80% in approximately 15 minutes. The total driving range reaches 932 kilometers for the rear-wheel-drive variant and 900 kilometers for the all-wheel-drive variants. This combination of electric performance and extended range makes the AVATR 07 REEV a compelling option in Egypt's growing luxury car market.
