Qasrawi Group Officially Launches AVATR 07 REEV in Egypt Starting at EGP 2.29 Million

Qasrawi Group, the official distributor of the AVATR brand in Egypt, has officially launched the all-new AVATR 07 REEV in the local market. This marks the first model from the Chinese brand to feature Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) technology in the country. The introduction reflects the company's commitment to expanding advanced electric mobility options, offering customers a blend of electric driving efficiency and long-distance flexibility.

Midsize SUV with REEV Technology

The AVATR 07 REEV belongs to the midsize SUV segment and relies on an electric powertrain supported by a turbocharged gasoline engine that serves as a generator to recharge the battery while driving. The electric motors alone handle wheel propulsion, ensuring a pure electric driving experience while eliminating range anxiety. This design allows the vehicle to function primarily as an electric car, with the internal combustion engine extending total range for longer journeys.

Battery, Range, and Performance

The vehicle comes equipped with an LFP battery pack of 39.05 kWh capacity, delivering an electric-only range of up to 180 kilometers. The combined range, utilizing both battery charge and fuel tank, reaches approximately 1,000 kilometers. The base Luxury RWD variant features a single rear-mounted electric motor producing 310 horsepower and 333 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds, with a top speed of 180 km/h.

The Premium AWD and Premium Vision AWD trims adopt a dual-motor all-wheel-drive configuration, generating a combined output of 500 horsepower and 595 Nm of torque. These variants sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in just 5.5 seconds while maintaining the same top speed of 180 km/h. This performance positions the AVATR 07 REEV as a strong contender in Egypt's growing extended-range electric vehicle segment.

The AVATR 07 REEV measures 4,825 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,620 mm in height, giving it a commanding road presence and ample interior space. Official prices in the Egyptian market start at EGP 2,290,000 for the Luxury RWD, EGP 2,690,000 for the Premium AWD, and EGP 2,790,000 for the top-spec Premium Vision AWD.
