Opel Corsa 2026: The Most Affordable German Car in Egypt This May
Al Mansour Automotive, the official local dealer for Opel in Egypt, has introduced the Opel Corsa 2026 as the most affordable new German car in the Egyptian market during May.
The new Corsa hatchback is positioned as the cheapest Opel model in Egypt, offered in a single Topline+ trim at an official price of 1,250,000 EGP.
Opel Corsa 2026 Specifications in Egypt
The Egyptian version of the Opel Corsa is powered by a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine delivering 130 horsepower and a maximum torque of 230 Nm. The engine is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The car accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.7 seconds, with an average fuel consumption of 4.6 liters per 100 km.
The Opel Corsa measures 4,060 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, 1,433 mm in height, and has a wheelbase of 2,538 mm. It offers a cargo capacity of 309 liters and rides on 17-inch sport wheels.
Safety and Technology Features
The Corsa comes with a comprehensive safety package including 6 airbags, ABS, EBD, ESP, Hill Start Assist (HAC), lane departure warning, forward collision mitigation system, and a panoramic rearview camera.
Additional features include tire pressure monitoring, traffic sign recognition, speed limit recognition, intelligent brake assist, automatic headlights, and rain sensors.
The cabin is equipped with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and Bluetooth for wireless hands-free calling.
