Nissan Egypt is preparing to unveil its first locally assembled new vehicle in Egypt next June. The highly anticipated model is the all-new Nissan Magnite, with the official launch date set for June 8, 2026.

Engine and Performance

The Nissan Magnite will be powered by a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine mated to a CVT transmission. It delivers 100 horsepower and 152 Nm of torque, while achieving impressive fuel economy of under 6 liters per 100 kilometers. Local assembly is expected to help offer the vehicle at competitive and attractive prices. The car features a MacPherson strut front suspension.

Interior Features

Inside, the Magnite comes equipped with an 8-inch infotainment screen and a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, supporting both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The cabin includes a sliding and height-adjustable driver and front passenger seat, partial leather upholstery, and foldable rear seats.

Exterior Design

On the outside, the SUV boasts generous ground clearance suited for Egyptian roads, 16-inch alloy wheels, and a surround-view camera system. Lighting options include LED or halogen headlights, LED daytime running lights, a chrome front grille, body-colored bumpers, front and rear privacy glass, and LED front fog lamps.

Safety Equipment

Safety-wise, the Nissan Magnite offers at least six airbags in higher trims and has earned a five-star rating in Chinese crash tests. Additional safety features include rear parking sensors, ISOFIX child seat anchors in the rear, and ABS with EBD.
