Mitsubishi Pajero Sport 2026 Arrives in Egypt as a 7-Seat SUV via Pre-Order

Diamond Motors, the exclusive distributor of Mitsubishi in Egypt, has officially introduced the 2026 Mitsubishi Pajero Sport to the local market. The announcement was made during a special event held in Ain Sokhna, showcasing the Japanese brand's latest lineup.

The new Pajero Sport features an updated design, advanced equipment, and a spacious seven-seat cabin arranged in three rows. The company confirmed that the SUV will be available in Egypt through a pre-order system, though official pricing and trim levels have not yet been announced.

2.4L Turbo Engine with 181 HP

Powering the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport is a 2.4-liter four-cylinder turbocharged engine that delivers 181 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission.

Thanks to its high torque available at low RPMs, the SUV offers strong towing capability and confident performance, whether on daily commutes or off-road adventures.

Advanced 4WD System

The Pajero Sport comes equipped with Mitsubishi's renowned Super Select 4WD-II system, allowing the driver to choose from multiple driving modes tailored to different terrains. These include sand, mud, gravel, and rock modes, along with a rear differential lock for enhanced traction and stability on challenging surfaces.

Generous Dimensions and Family-Friendly Cabin

Classified as a mid-size SUV, the Pajero Sport measures 4,825 mm in length, 1,815 mm in width, and 1,835 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2.8 meters. The interior accommodates up to seven passengers across three rows, with the rear seats foldable to expand cargo space.
