Diamond Motors, the official distributor of Mitsubishi in Egypt, has launched the all-new Mitsubishi Destinator, a compact seven-seat SUV making its debut in the Egyptian market. The new model targets families seeking a practical and modern vehicle with three rows of seating.

Design Inspired by Xforce DNA

The Destinator adopts a design language blending gravitas and dynamism, heavily influenced by the Xforce model, particularly the front fascia featuring a honeycomb grille. Most design elements are carried over from the DST concept. The side profile showcases 18-inch alloy wheels, black pillars, and a distinctive C-pillar trim piece. At the rear, the Hexaguard Horizon concept—a hexagonal design inspired by the spare tire cover on the Pajero—defines the look. Both front and rear lights adopt a T-shaped signature.

Turbocharged 1.5L Engine with 161 HP

Powering the Mitsubishi Destinator is a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine producing 161 horsepower and 250 Nm of torque. The engine is paired with a CVT automatic transmission driving the front wheels. Dimensions include a length of 4,680 mm, width of 1,840 mm, height of 1,780 mm, and a wheelbase of 2,815 mm.

Exterior Features and Equipment

Key exterior features include 18-inch wheels (standard or two-tone), power-folding side mirrors, LED headlights, taillights, daytime running lights, LED fog lights, roof rails, a panoramic sunroof, a power tailgate, rain sensors, and automatic headlights.

Safety Systems

For occupant protection, the Destinator is equipped with front and side airbags, curtain airbags, a child safety lock, and ISOFIX child seat anchors.

Pricing in Egypt

The Mitsubishi Destinator is offered in three trims: the Midline at EGP 1,650,000, the Highline at EGP 1,750,000, and the Premiumline at EGP 1,850,000.
