MG's largest SUV has finally touched down on Egyptian soil. Morosy Automotive Group, the exclusive distributor of the British marque in the country, has unveiled the all-new MG RX9 PHEV — the company's first plug-in hybrid ever offered in the local market. It now crowns the brand's lineup, taking direct aim at families seeking generous space and modern powertrain technology.

The official figure stands at EGP 1,899,990, available in a single fully-loaded trim. That makes it the most expensive MG model sold locally, yet the price tag brings an extensive package of comfort, infotainment, and safety systems. Competition in this segment is fierce, with established Japanese and Korean rivals playing on the same field.

Hybrid Powertrain Developing 295 Horsepower

Under the hood sits a Plug-in Hybrid system combining a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine with an electric motor.
