Kia EV6 GT officially launched in Egypt at EGP 3 million

The Egyptian International Trading and Agencies Company (EIT), the official distributor of Kia in Egypt, has announced the launch of the all-new Kia EV6 GT performance trim, offered in a single variant at a price of EGP 3 million. This move is part of the distributor's strategy to expand its presence in the electric vehicle market and introduce high-performance models equipped with the latest technologies.

Superior electric performance with 640 horsepower

The Kia EV6 GT is the highest-performance variant in the EV6 lineup, featuring a dual-motor all-wheel-drive electric powertrain that delivers a combined output of 640 horsepower (430 kW) and a maximum torque of 740 Nm. This powerful setup enables the car to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.5 seconds, while its top speed reaches 260 km/h.

High-capacity battery and 450 km range

The vehicle is equipped with an 84 kWh lithium-ion battery pack, providing a driving range of up to 450 kilometres according to the WLTP standard, making it suitable for daily use and long-distance travel. The Kia EV6 GT supports fast charging technology rated at up to 350 kW, allowing the battery to be charged from 10% to 80% in about 18 minutes using a 350 kW DC fast charger. Charging takes approximately 81 minutes when using a 50 kW DC charger.

The Kia EV6 GT comes equipped with a suite of advanced technologies and intelligent driving systems, along with a sporty design that reflects the GT identity, strengthening its position among high-performance electric vehicles offered in the Egyptian market.
