Kaiyi Motors Egypt (KME), the exclusive distributor of the Kaiyi brand in Egypt, is set to introduce the new Kaiyi E5 compact sedan during May, positioning it as the most affordable model in the brand's local lineup.

The Kaiyi E5 arrives in the Egyptian market with three distinct trim levels. Pricing starts at EGP 799,990 for the entry-level variant, while the mid-spec trim is priced at EGP 869,990. The top-of-the-line version, featuring the most comprehensive equipment list, carries a price tag of EGP 939,990.

Under the hood, the Kaiyi E5 features a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that delivers a maximum output of 156 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque. Power is routed to the front wheels through a continuously variable transmission (CVT) with simulated nine-speed shifting for refined acceleration and efficiency.
