GB Auto, the exclusive distributor of Haval in Egypt, is preparing to launch the all-new Haval V7 for the first time in the local market this August. This move is part of the company's strategy to strengthen the Chinese brand's presence in the highly competitive SUV segment within the Egyptian automotive landscape.

According to informed sources, the launch of the Haval V7 is part of GB Auto's broader expansion plan to diversify the Haval lineup in Egypt by introducing modern models that combine contemporary design and advanced technologies. The company aims to cater to a wide range of customers seeking versatile vehicles that deliver strong performance, spacious interiors, and top-tier safety and technology features.

Sturdy Exterior Design and High-Tech Cabin

The Haval V7 is expected to feature a bold and muscular exterior design that reflects the brand's modern identity, along with a spacious cabin equipped with the latest connectivity and infotainment systems. The cabin includes a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 14.6-inch central infotainment screen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Additional features include a wireless smartphone charger, heated and ventilated front leather seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, ambient interior lighting, and an 8-speaker sound system.

Hybrid Powertrain with Balanced Performance

The Haval V7 will be powered by a hybrid HEV system combining a 1.5-liter turbocharged petrol engine with an electric motor, delivering a total output of 240 horsepower and 530 Nm of torque. The system is mated to a dedicated DHT hybrid transmission with front-wheel drive and offers multiple driving modes including Eco, Sport, and EV. This setup is designed to strike a balance between power and fuel efficiency, making it ideal for both city commuting and long-distance travel.

Generous Dimensions and Interior Space

The vehicle measures 4,705 mm in length, 1,908 mm in width, and 1,780 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,810 mm, providing ample room for passengers. The boot capacity stands at 483 liters, expanding to 1,362 liters with the rear seats folded, making it suitable for families and road trips. The car also comes equipped with an advanced suite of safety and driver assistance systems, including autonomous emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, lane keeping assist, front and rear parking sensors, a 360-degree camera, and multiple airbags.
