Cairo was not a random pick for Geely. Choosing the Egyptian market as the first venue for the Geely Monjaro debut outside China signals the scale of competition the brand is targeting in the mid-size SUV segment. The launch was handled by Abu Ghaly Motors, the local distributor. That revealed the trim levels and pricing during the event. Opening the Egyptian market with this model puts it head-to-head with a wide range of rivals.

Four Trims with Climbing Prices

EGP 1.699 million is where the Geely Monjaro prices begin in Egypt. The base Pro trim sits at that figure, followed by the Max at EGP 1.799 million. The third trim, Ultra AWD, is priced at around EGP 1.969 million. The top Ultra Brown AWD reaches EGP 1.999 million. Price gaps between trims range from EGP 100,000 to EGP 300,000, reflecting equipment levels and drivetrain differences.

Generous Dimensions and Competitive Equipment

4795 mm long, 1895 mm wide, and 1689 mm tall. Wheelbase stretches to 2845 mm, placing the Monjaro squarely in the mid-size SUV class. Cargo capacity of 540 liters gives it practical family-hauling ability. Those dimensions make it a direct competitor to several assembled and imported models in the Egyptian market.

Triple Screens and Advanced Chipset

Three 12.3-inch screens are spread across the Geely Monjaro's cabin. The Galaxy OS 2.0 system runs on a Snapdragon 8155 chip, managing infotainment and vehicle data. An AR HUD projection on the windshield joins the list, alongside a 50W wireless charger. A 12-speaker Infinity Couture audio system rounds out the interior package. This tech bundle puts the SUV at a competitive level against the newest rivals in its class.
