Al-Mansour Automotive, the official local distributor for the Chinese brand MG in Egypt, has announced the latest prices for the new MG HS 2026 model year hybrid version. This sports utility vehicle is currently the most affordable hybrid car available in the local market during July.

The MG HEV hybrid relies on a 1500 cc turbocharged engine producing up to 221 horsepower and a maximum torque of 340 Nm. It is paired with an EDU Gen 3 transmission, while the hybrid system is powered by a 1.8 kWh battery. Fuel consumption is rated at 5.5 litres per 100 kilometres, and the car can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 9.6 seconds, reaching a top speed of 190 km/h.
