AVATR 07 REEV Set for Official Debut in Egypt Within Hours

Qasrawi Group, the official distributor of the AVATR brand in Egypt, is preparing to officially unveil the all-new AVATR 07 REEV within hours, marking the model's first appearance in the local market. This will be the first AVATR model in Egypt to feature Range Extended Electric Vehicle (REEV) technology, combining an electric drivetrain with a turbocharged petrol engine that serves as a generator to recharge the battery while driving, while only the electric motors power the wheels.

Key Specifications of the AVATR 07 REEV

The AVATR 07 REEV is a mid-size SUV that relies on an electric propulsion system supported by a turbo petrol engine acting as a range extender. It is equipped with an LFP battery pack with a capacity of 39.05 kWh and will be available in two trim levels: Luxury and Performance.

Performance and Range Details

The Luxury trim features a single rear-mounted electric motor producing 310 hp and 333 Nm of torque, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.1 seconds, with a total driving range of up to 932 km under NEDC standards. The Performance trim, on the other hand, comes with dual electric motors and all-wheel drive, delivering a combined output of 500 hp and 595 Nm of torque. It sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.5 seconds, with a total range of 900 km and a top speed of 180 km/h.

The vehicle measures 4,825 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, with a height of 1,620 mm for the Luxury trim and 1,610 mm for the Performance trim, along with a wheelbase of 2,940 mm. Inside, the cabin features Nappa leather seats with ventilation and heating for the front seats, as well as heating for the rear seats, enhancing comfort and luxury for occupants. The AVATR 07 REEV is poised to compete in the growing electric vehicle segment in Egypt, offering an extended-range solution for local buyers.
