Chinese brand Avatar made its Egyptian market debut through its local distributor, launching the AVATR 07 REEV, an SUV featuring an electric drivetrain with a gasoline engine serving as a range extender. The brand aims to introduce advanced technologies to the local market, with plans to launch further electric and hybrid models in the coming period.

Meanwhile, BYD launched the Sealion 6 EV, equipped with an advanced electric powertrain, adding a new option in the electric SUV segment. This move is part of BYD's strategy to expand its footprint in Egypt, where the Chinese brand has seen growing demand for its electric and hybrid vehicles.

JAC and Jetour Introduce Fresh Options
