The Egyptian automotive market is gearing up for the launch of three completely new models during the third quarter of 2026, introduced for the first time in the local market under various brands. Nissan Magnite: The New Japanese Crossover

Nissan Egypt, the local distributor of the Japanese brand, has unveiled its new Nissan Magnite, a service crossover assembled at the company's factories in 6th of October City. Despite the announcement weeks ago, official prices have not yet been disclosed, with sources indicating that pricing will be revealed during a major ceremony to be held soon in Cairo.

The Nissan Magnite is powered by a 1.0-liter turbocharged three-cylinder engine producing 99 hp and 152 Nm of torque. The vehicle measures 3,994 mm in length, 1,758 mm in width, and 1,572 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,500 mm and ground clearance of 205 mm, making it suitable for various road conditions.

The Nissan Magnite offers a rear storage capacity of 336 liters, expandable to 690 liters when the rear seats are folded in a 60:40 ratio, with a 40-liter fuel tank and an economical fuel consumption rate of up to 17.9 km/liter according to ARAI standards. The cabin features electric power steering, ABS anti-lock braking system with EBD electronic brake-force distribution, and a 7-inch central display for driving information.
