Raya Auto Set to Launch All-New XPeng P7 in Egypt
Raya Auto, the local distributor of XPeng in Egypt and a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments, is preparing to introduce the all-new P7 to the local market in the coming period. This move is part of the company's strategy to expand in the electric vehicle segment and strengthen the Chinese brand's presence in Egypt.
Sporty Design and Advanced Dimensions
The new P7 is one of the most prominent electric sports cars recently unveiled by XPeng, featuring a completely different design compared to the previous generation. The car adopts a sporty Fastback design, with a length of 5,017 mm, a width of 1,970 mm, a height of 1,427 mm, and a wheelbase of 3,008 mm.
Exceptional Electric Performance
The new XPeng P7 relies on an advanced electric powertrain, available globally in a rear-wheel-drive version producing 367 hp, alongside a high-performance variant equipped with dual electric motors and all-wheel drive, delivering up to 594 hp. The more powerful version can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.7 seconds, with a top speed of 230 km/h.
Driving Range Exceeding 800 Kilometers
The car offers multiple battery options, most notably a 92.2 kWh pack that provides a driving range of up to 820 kilometers according to the Chinese CLTC cycle, while the smaller battery offers a range of approximately 702 kilometers. The vehicle also features an 800-volt electrical architecture and ultra-fast charging technology, allowing a significant portion of the range to be restored in a short time.
Safety and Smart Driving Technologies
XPeng has equipped its new car with a wide range of safety systems and modern technological features, leveraging the company's latest innovations in performance and intelligent driving. Raya Auto is expected to announce full details of the car in Egypt, including prices and available trims, in the coming weeks.
