The Geely Galaxy EX5 EM-i relies on the EM-i Super Hybrid system, delivering 218 horsepower and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.05 seconds, with an average fuel consumption of 4.3 liters per 100 kilometers according to the NEDC standard. The total driving range reaches approximately 1,060 kilometers, while it can travel up to 105 kilometers on electric power alone, making it an ideal choice for daily commutes and long journeys.
Detailed Periodic Maintenance Costs
The first scheduled maintenance at 15,000 kilometers costs EGP 4,404 excluding VAT, including EGP 1,954 for spare parts and EGP 2,450 for labor. At 30,000 kilometers, the cost rises to EGP 7,939, comprising EGP 4,339 for parts and EGP 3,600 for labor. The cost drops again at 45,000 kilometers to EGP 4,404, split between EGP 1,954 for parts and EGP 2,450 for labor.
At 60,000 kilometers, maintenance costs reach EGP 9,134, including EGP 4,834 for parts and EGP 4,300 for labor. As mileage increases, costs gradually rise, peaking at 150,000 kilometers with a total of EGP 71,000, covering all recommended periodic services from the manufacturer.
Geely EX5 EM-i Prices in the Egyptian Market
The new Geely EX5 EM-i is offered in two trim levels in the local market, with prices starting from EGP 1,399,900 for the PRO version, while the second MAX trim is priced officially at EGP 1,549,900.
