After a hiatus: Suzuki Fronx officially returns to the Egyptian market at EGP 1.150 million
Modern Motors, the official distributor of Suzuki in Egypt, has reintroduced the Suzuki Fronx to the local market after a period of absence. The model returns to compete in the compact crossover segment, which continues to attract growing interest from buyers seeking a modern, practical vehicle. The official price stands at EGP 1,150,000, placing the Fronx in a competitive position against several rivals within the same price bracket.
Engine and performance specifications
The Suzuki Fronx is powered by a naturally aspirated 1.5-liter engine producing 105 horsepower, making it well-suited for daily commuting both in city traffic and on highways. The engine is paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission, delivering smooth and stable performance. This powertrain combination ensures good fuel economy while maintaining a balanced driving experience suitable for small families and individual users looking for a versatile vehicle.
Exterior design and interior features
The Fronx features a modern crossover design with a large chrome-accented front grille that gives it a bold road presence. It comes equipped with LED daytime running lights and an LED light bar that stretches across the rear, enhancing its contemporary visual identity. The car rides on 17-inch sport alloy wheels, and its overall length is 3,995 mm, making it compact and easy to maneuver in tight spaces. Inside, a 7-inch touchscreen supports wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, complemented by a head-up display (HUD) and a navigation system. Additional features include a 360-degree camera for easier parking, a wireless phone charger, and an Arkamys premium sound system for an immersive audio experience.
Safety and driver assistance systems
Suzuki has prioritized safety in the Fronx by equipping it with six airbags for comprehensive occupant protection in the event of a collision. The vehicle also includes an Electronic Stability Program (ESP) to maintain control during sudden maneuvers, a Hill Start Assist system for easier starts on inclines, and a rollover mitigation system to enhance overall driving stability. These safety features make the Fronx a reliable choice for families, especially given the diverse road conditions and varying weather in Egypt.
The return of the Suzuki Fronx is expected to strengthen the compact crossover segment in Egypt, combining modern design, advanced technology, and a competitive price. It will go head-to-head with several other models offered by different brands in the same price range, expanding choices for local consumers.
