This fee is non-refundable if no items are won. The authority has set a deposit of EGP 50,000 to enter the auction, with 30% of the lot value due immediately upon winning. The remainder within a maximum of 15 days from the auction date.
Corporate or entity participants must submit a tax card or commercial register, while individuals need only present a valid national ID card. These measures aim to organize the sale and ensure serious participation.
