The book is sold at the Government Services Authority headquarters in the Ministry of Finance towers, Building 2, Ramses Street extension. The auction takes place at Al-Hadarat Sports Club on Salah Salem Street, opposite Ain El-Sira Traffic Department, at 12 PM. A 50,000 EGP insurance deposit is required. The supervising committee noted that corporate bidders must present a tax card or commercial register, while individuals need a valid national ID. Upon winning, 30% of the lot value is paid immediately, with the remainder due within 15 days.
