Participation Terms and Application Process

The conditions booklet costs 400 EGP and is available at the General Authority for Government Services, Finance Ministry Towers – Ramses Street extension, Tower 2. The auction session will be held at the Hod El Ghadab Sports Club hall on Salah Salem Street, opposite Ein El Seira traffic office in Giza, starting at 12 noon.

Auction entry insurance is set at 50,000 EGP, with 30% payable immediately upon winning the bid, and the remaining amount due within 15 days. The process is straightforward, but participants must prepare necessary documents in advance to ensure their attendance on the scheduled date.
