Opel Corsa 2026 Becomes the Most Affordable German-Branded Model in Egypt
Mansour Automotive Group, the local distributor of Opel in Egypt, is offering the Opel Corsa 2026 as the brand’s most affordable new vehicle in the Egyptian market during May.
The hatchback model is currently the least expensive Opel available in Egypt and is offered in a single Topline+ trim level with an official price of EGP 1,250,000.
Engine and Performance
The Egyptian-market Opel Corsa is powered by a 1.2-liter turbocharged engine producing 130 horsepower and 230 Nm of maximum torque. Power is delivered through a 6-speed automatic transmission.
The vehicle accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.7 seconds and records an average fuel consumption of 4.6 liters per 100 kilometers.
Dimensions and Exterior Features
The Opel Corsa measures 4,060 mm in length, 1,960 mm in width, and 1,433 mm in height, while the wheelbase extends to 2,538 mm. Cargo capacity stands at 309 liters, and the car rides on 17-inch alloy wheels.
Safety and Driver Assistance Systems
Safety equipment includes six airbags and curtain airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill Assist Control (HAC), Lane Departure Warning, and Front Collision Mitigation, supported by a panoramic rear-view camera.
The model also features a tire pressure monitoring system, traffic sign recognition, speed limit recognition, intelligent braking system, automatic light sensor, and rain sensor.
Interior and Technology
Inside, the Opel Corsa is equipped with a 7-inch digital instrument cluster and a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment display supporting Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Bluetooth connectivity is also available for hands-free wireless phone calls.
