Two fresh auctions are hitting Egypt's auto market this August. The National Bank of Egypt is opening bidding on a diverse fleet of vehicles on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, with Banque Misr following suit just days later.

National Bank of Egypt Auction Details

The first session is set for Thursday, August 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Agriculturists Club in Dokki. The roster includes used passenger cars, along with transport vehicles, microbuses, motorcycles, tuk-tuks, and various tricycles across multiple models.

Terms and conditions brochures are now available. Priced at EGP 299 excluding taxes and applicable fees, they can be obtained from NBE's Mosaddaq Street branch in Dokki, Giza, or the Gamasa branch in the industrial zone. The temporary participation deposit stands at EGP 50,000, with 30% due immediately upon winning the bid and the balance payable within 15 days.

Banque Misr Vehicle Auction

Banque Misr is likewise offering a variety of cars and vehicles on behalf of the Ministry of Finance. Categories include passenger cars, transport vehicles, microbuses, motorcycles, tuk-tuks, and assorted tricycles. The session will be held on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the Egyptian Telecom Hall, 82 Corniche El Nil Street, in front of the National Circus in Agouza, Giza.

Participation terms for the Banque Misr auction closely mirror those of NBE. The brochure costs EGP 299 plus taxes and fees, available at the bank's headquarters at 152 Mohamed Farid Street, Banque Misr Tower, 18th floor. The required deposit is EGP 50,000, with payment structured as 30% immediately after winning and the remainder within 15 working days.
