Up to EGP 50,000 Discounts on 2026 MG GT Prices in Egypt
Mansour MG Automotive, the official distributor of the MG brand in Egypt, has announced new price reductions for the 2026 MG GT, with savings of up to EGP 50,000 across all trims. This move aims to strengthen the model's competitiveness in the local sedan market, offering the vehicle in two variants starting at EGP 1,110,000.
Updated Price List After Discounts
According to the latest official price list, the 2026 MG GT is available in two equipment levels. The base trim is priced at EGP 1,110,000, while the higher-spec variant costs EGP 1,160,000. The discounts come at a time when the Egyptian market is seeing strong demand for mid-range sporty sedans.
Engine and Performance Specifications
The MG GT is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine producing 170 horsepower and 275 Nm of torque, delivering robust performance for its segment. The engine is paired with a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission (DCT), which enhances fuel efficiency and acceleration characteristics.
Safety and Driver Assistance Systems
The vehicle comes equipped with a comprehensive safety package, including front, side, and curtain airbags, an Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Control (ESC), and Rollover Protection. Additional features include cruise control, an electronic parking brake, parking sensors, a 360-degree surround-view camera, a tire pressure monitoring system, ISOFIX child-seat anchors, and an anti-theft system.
Exterior Design and Interior Comfort
The 2026 MG GT is offered in four exterior colors: gray, black, red, and white. Exterior highlights include full LED headlights and taillights, automatic headlights, fog lamps, power-adjustable side mirrors, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a sunroof. Inside, the cabin features a leather-wrapped multi-function steering wheel, a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, leather upholstery, rear air-conditioning vents, and an automatic climate control system.
