The auction committee has clarified that the licensability of the vehicles varies. Some units are fully licensable, while others are sold as non-licensable, strictly depending on the condition of each lot as detailed in the official auction booklet. Prospective buyers must purchase the auction terms booklet for EGP 400. This booklet is available at the headquarters of the General Authority for Government Services, located at the Ministry of Finance Towers on Ramses Extension, Tower 2.

Please note that the booklet fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a purchase is made. Furthermore, the authority confirmed that all participants are required to pay an insurance deposit of EGP 10000 to secure their entry into the bidding process.
