Justice Ministry Deploys Five Mobile Documentation Vehicles to Egypt's North Coast for Summer Services
Five mobile units are heading out. Justice Minister Mahmoud Helmy El Sherif has directed the deployment of five fully equipped mobile documentation vehicles to Egypt's North Coast, following President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to improve government services and advance digital transformation, with the goal of handling the sharp rise in visitor numbers during the summer season while making official transactions faster and easier for citizens. The rollout begins now.
Digital systems power mobile documentation services
But what makes these vehicles different? Each mobile documentation vehicle operates through a one-stop service system and has been equipped with the latest secure digital technologies, allowing it to provide the full range of real estate registration and documentation services efficiently while operating in different locations without requiring citizens to travel to traditional service offices, helping reduce waiting times and improve access to essential government services. Convenience comes first.
Additional support for high-demand offices
The plan extends beyond the coast. The minister also directed additional mobile documentation vehicles to support fixed documentation offices experiencing heavy demand across Greater Cairo, a move designed to reduce congestion inside branches, increase service capacity, and provide more flexible solutions for citizens seeking to complete official procedures without unnecessary delays during periods of high demand. Capacity will increase.
Expanding the mobile government services strategy
Digital transformation continues. The deployment forms part of the Ministry of Justice's broader strategy to expand the use of mobile service units as a modern approach to delivering government services, improving the efficiency of the overall service network, reducing transaction completion times, and offering citizens a smoother experience through secure digital platforms capable of operating in multiple locations as demand shifts throughout the busy summer season. The strategy moves forward.
