The minister also directed additional mobile documentation vehicles to support fixed documentation offices experiencing heavy demand across Greater Cairo, a move designed to reduce congestion inside branches, increase service capacity, and provide more flexible solutions for citizens seeking to complete official procedures without unnecessary delays during periods of high demand.
