Jetour Climbs to Third Place Among Egypt’s Most Licensed Car Brands
According to the latest monthly report issued by the Egyptian Compulsory Motor Insurance Pool, Jetour recorded notable growth in vehicle registrations during May, further strengthening its position in the Egyptian automotive market.
More Than 1,500 Vehicles Registered in May
Jetour ranked third among the most registered automotive brands in Egypt during the past month, with a total of 1,503 licensed vehicles. The brand also secured second place among Chinese automakers, behind Chery, which topped the rankings.
The Chinese brand maintained its strong market position throughout the period from January to May 2026. Its cumulative sales performance helped it secure fifth place among all automotive brands available in the local market.
Diverse Model Lineup Fuels Growth
Saif El Kasrawy, Brand Manager of Jetour at Kasrawy Group, said that this achievement reflects the brand’s growing presence in Egypt, supported by a diverse range of models designed to meet the needs of different customer segments.
He highlighted key models including the locally assembled X70 Plus, X70, X90 Plus, and Dashing, in addition to the T1 and T2, which have strengthened the brand’s presence in the SUV segment. He also pointed to the rechargeable T2 equipped with i-DM technology, noting that its modern design, advanced technologies, and enhanced safety features have contributed to the brand’s appeal.
Customer Experience and After-Sales Support
El Kasrawy added that a significant part of this success is attributed to the continuous efforts of Kasrawy Group, the exclusive Jetour distributor in Egypt. The company has built an integrated ownership experience focused on customer satisfaction, covering sales services, technical consultations, and after-sales support, which has become one of the brand’s key strengths in the Egyptian market.
